Many people ask us for Knabe pianos but we rarely have them. In their heyday, Knabe was considered one of the better American-made pianos along with Steinway, Mason & Hamlin, and Chickering. Tchaikovsky owned one (no joke, he really did) and his Knabe piano still resides in his summer home in Klin, Russia, which is now a museum. This piano was fully restored including a new pinblock, strings and tuning pins, all new action parts and a sparkling new satin mahogany finish. Naturally, it carries our 10-year warranty on all parts and labor, and will be going strong for decades to come. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable American grand, don’t pass this one by.
