This beautiful, polished ebony baby grand is an ideal piano to get piano lessons underway without breaking the bank. Built by Dongbei in 2005, we sold hundreds of these pianos brand-new from 2000-2008 under the name August Hoffman, with only a tiny handful ever coming back in trade. The obvious conclusion is that the hundreds of original purchasers are still happy with their pianos. All Dongbei pianos were made with solid spruce soundboards and German strings, hammers, and action parts. They sound unexpectedly full for their size, with surprisingly responsive keyboards.
