This piano is in barely-used, all-original condition, and at only 27 years old, it has decades of useful life ahead of it. It also has a slow-close fallboard (key cover) and a functioning sostenuto pedal. A new Yamaha C2 is currently priced at $49,099 for the least expensive ebony finish seen here. Even if you got a generous discount from a new Yamaha dealer, you would still end up paying 2-3 times the price of this piano for a new Yamaha C2. Why buy new??
