For those folks still harboring the ludicrous belief that pianos have a 30-year lifespan, a belief perhaps acquired from a nakedly self-serving new piano store, then said folks obviously haven’t met this piano…yet. This piano is entirely original and in outstanding condition, including the original Yamaha hammers and action parts, attesting to a life of very little or very light use. If you can play this piano, examine it inside and out (see picture slideshow and video above), and honestly say that it looks and plays like an “old” piano, then maybe our world of used pianos isn’t for you. You might be happier dropping $14K for a new Yamaha U3 in that case. For everyone else, pianos like this are why we come to work each day.
