What a kind and funny character he is. We had an extra task for him to move our Wurlitzer console to the basement. He didn’t even flinch. Got that done and then delivered our Stienway!
And a few clean jokes that cracked us up. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. Piano is here and sounds/feels great!
May upgrade to upright grand one day but for now very happy.

Wonderful experience with Rick Jones Pianos. Great description and video of Rick playing our console type F Stienway console. Daryl delivered it and moved our old Wurlitzer to the basement flawlessly. And shared a few clean jokes too. So Happy with our purchase. Looks and sounds great and was personaly tuned by Rick himself.

I recently purchased a piano from Rick Jones and had the best experience. I went back twice before making a decision, and was welcomed with knowledgeable and friendly staff members, both times. They were patient, and able to answer any questions I had. They organized the move quickly, and I received my piano the day after I purchased it! The movers were very careful and friendly.I felt really good about my decision to purchase a piano with them because of their generous warranty and exchange policy they have. Rick was also really nice and easy to work with.I definitely recommend getting a piano from Rick Jones! You will not be disappointed.

The people at rick jones were amazing to work with and very helpful. We were able to select a piano that would have been ideal for our family. However when catastrophic life circumstances occurred they were able to help our family work through the process and were exceptionally kind and understanding.They are a top notch place to purchase a piano from, with exceptional professionalism and knowledge of their product and willingness to understand the needs of potential piano owners.

Just received delivery of a “new to me” used Kawai 49″ upright from Rick Jones. Their website is one of the most comprehensive online for used pianos, with a description, video of the piano being played, multiple pictures, dimensions, model and year. I was impressed when I toured the vast warehouse. I had done some research and had narrowed my potential selection down to 4 uprights. Jeremy played several of the pianos so I could step back and listen. Sophia offered to place one piano on a 24 hr hold for me, which I did. I decided a day later, based on our home’s heating system that purchasing a climate control system would be the way to go. Kathleen processed that purchase via telephone for me the next day. We got our free Rick Jones T shirts by mail and waited for our scheduled delivery. The company called ahead the night before to pinpoint delivery in a 2 hr time frame, and arrived on time. The crew was careful and professional. The only glitch was they left without starting up the climate control system. No worries, I called Sophia and was connected to a technician who walked us through turning it on, filling the tank, and voila we were ready to enjoy our purchase. A near flawless and pleasant experience. Thank you Rick Jones Pianos.

We bought sight unseen. We have never visited the store or met the staff. There are three items that immediately reveal an outstanding business: ten year warranty, lifetime upgrade, and the nationwide reviews. Only supreme confidence in your product and staff lead to such rarely offered guarantees and lead to such great reviews. We bought an expensive Yamaha upright. It’s not a decision or investment that anyone takes lightly.Imagine our (lack of) surprise when a stunningly beautiful, well tuned, rich toned, piano was expertly delivered and placed. It’s a 1970 Yamaha model, and my maestro and expert wife believes it has not years, but many decades of life remaining. The piano not only adds visual beauty to our home, the sound is wonderful and we have full confidence in its future. We absolutely love it. Our guests are mesmerized by it.We will not shop or consider anywhere else to buy our next piano, always recommend anyone seeking to buy go to Rick Jones, and look forward to upgrading to a grand in the future.

Rick Jones Pianos are the best in the area. There warranty is well above what anyone else. We had a squeaky peddle that a PGT couldn’t fix and Melvin R, from Rick Jones Pianos drove up to fix the problem. Very impressed with the quality and caliber of technicians and Melvin is an excellent piano technician. We have and will continue to recommend Rick Jones Pianos to anyone who wants the best piano and service warranty, not one or three or five year warranty, they give a 10 year warranty on all used pianos and if you decide to trade your piano in that you purchased from Rick Jones Pianos, you can and get the best price that you paid for the piano. I would like to preface with a short background on how we came to do business with Rick Jones Pianos. My wife and I love to listen to piano music and she has wanted a player style piano for many years. We always assumed that they would be too expensive. Forward to May 2021 when she found Rick Jones Pianos. They had a very nice Yamaha Disklavier upright that was within our budget.We made contact with Paul and setup an appointment. Sofie placed a hold on the piano for us. Rick personally met us and gave us an in-depth demonstration. We happened to catch the Memorial Day sale and that made it even better. Sofie handled the transaction and we where happy Yamaha piano owners! The delivery was smooth and professional. We have been listening to our piano almost daily. We discovered an iPhone app that allows you to stream music directly to the piano. We highly recommend Rick Jones Pianos! If your in the market make them your first and only stop!Hank and Carolyn
