Hi Rick and Team, 

I wanted to send you a message to let you know how happy I am with my Yamaha YUS.  It sounds beautiful in my home and it is hard to walk by it without sitting down and playing something!  The process was so easy and fast and everyone I have spoken with have been great!

Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the demonstration video of my old Baldwin Hamilton.  It was so satisfying to hear it sound like new again and happy to see it has already found a home!  

I have already recommended your store to a few friends one of which is currently in the market for a new piano.  

I look forward to many years of enjoyment with mine and maybe an upgrade in the future.
