Just a quick note to let you know how much I LOVE my baby grand which I purchased from you back in May. I haven’t played in years but now play every day for at least an hour. I’m playing easy blues and jazz pieces and just enjoying myself so much.

After the piano was delivered, the pedals were making a noise each time I depressed them. A lovely guy on your team came out immediately to my house and worked on the problem for over an hour and I’ve never had any problem since.

I found my piano on your website and really appreciated the demonstration you uploaded to your site as well as the information about the tone, etc. When I phoned to inquire about the piano, one of your staff put a “hold” on the piano until my appointment to view it and then the piano had a reduced price in the May sale. You gave us coffee when I came to view and play the piano and your customer service was beyond excellent.
